Views about Gym...(Personal Experience)

Sunday, September 8, 2013

I always had many people surrounded myself giving different opinions about gym. Different myths, believes or opinions. But until and unless you experience something on your own, your belief system will be totally dependent on other people's opinions and it might be right or wrong. So experience and make you own belief system, this is what I believe(in most of the cases).Though you cannot apply this every time and everywhere but most of the time you should have your own concrete belief systems based on your experiences in life.

I also joined gym recently(2 weeks back as I am writing this article). It is true that initial few days you will feel terrible pain in your muscles, joints and especially when you have not done gymming before (and most of the people fall in this category).I also experienced the same but after that I found that if you are able to continue those initial few days(may be the first week), you will be continuing the GYM or otherwise you will quit and may be never join(until and unless any medical expert recommends).

Gymming stretches your muscle and body to bring it to regular or rather good shape which otherwise you are anyhow not having(that is why you join GYM mostly).Believe me if you go through the initial few days pain,it will be a good experience for you and you will definitely gain good output from the efforts you are putting in GYM.

Most gyms have a number of facilities, which usually include the latest forms of fitness equipment. This is an important element of any gym as it provides the most effective means of exercise. If an individual is constrained by time constraints, then ideally they want to exercise as efficiently as possible. By utilizing the latest fitness equipment available, their workout will be far more effective. There is a huge array of differing types of equipment which caters for all manner of requirements from free weights for muscle-building and toning through to jogging machines with inclines for cardio vascular workout.

Also if you’ve never worked out before and feel like you’d have no idea what to do, help is at hand: personal trainers are fully-trained members of staff who are experts at helping you get the results you want. They will design a workout plan designed specifically for you, to help you achieve your goals, whether that’s losing weight, increasing your stamina or being able to lift heavier weights.

I personally benefitted a lot joining a gym and would definitely like to make exercising a regular habit now onwards.
